How it works?

• An email notification will be sent to your registered email address before processing the order, reminding you about the upcoming auto order. If you wish to make amendments to the order, you should contact us immediately.
• Following this, your auto order will be processed to the same mode of payment you opted to place the original order.
• The auto-order will be shipped to the provided shipping address.

How to manage?

• You can remove product(s), update product quantity and/or pre-/postpone an upcoming auto order, and/or change the frequency of an auto order.
• To make changes to your auto-order, sign in to your account and update your order in the Auto Order section. Alternatively, you can also update by emailing us at contact@petcareclub.com or calling our toll-free number 1-800-304-1918 from Mon - Fri: 9AM - 9PM CST / Sat: 9AM - 6PM CST, before your auto-order is shipped.

• Price Modifications: Product prices for subscribed auto-orders are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price for your auto-order will be the price in effect at the time your order is processed.

• Discount Changes: Auto-order discounts are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.

• Order Cancellation: PetCareClub reserves the right to cancel any order. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you using the contact information registered on your account.

• Service Amendments: PetCareClub reserves the right to modify or discontinue the auto-order service at any time, without prior notice to users.

• Payment: You will be charged using the same mode of payment as your previous order. If the payment is unsuccessful, we will send you an invoice link for payment. Customers must complete payment before their auto-order is processed for shipment.
