How To Order

Browse Products

• Explore Categories: Browse through different categories, according to your pet's requirement(s) in the main menu at the top of the webpage.
• Use The Search Bar: You can simply look for the choice of your product by using the search bar above the main menu.

Select Items

• Check Product Information: Click on the product of your choice to see product details including, usage guidelines, key benefits, customer reviews, price, etc.
• Choose Quantity: Select the desired quantity of your product; make sure you choose the appropriate product variant in terms of size and pack.
• Add to Cart: Once you've made your selection, click on 'Buy' to add the product(s) to your shopping cart.

Complete Checkout Process

• Sign In or Register: Log in to your existing account or register as a new user if you are a first-time buyer.
• Provide Billing & Shipping Details: Share your billing and shipping information. Ensure you provide an accurate mailing address for timely delivery.
• Select Payment Method: Select your preferred payment method and provide the necessary information.
• Review and Confirm: Review your order summary including products ordered, shipping address, payment details, etc. and click 'Place Order'.

Order Confirmation

• Email Confirmation: After placing the order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address. Check spam/junk folders if you cannot see the email in the inbox.
• Order Tracking: If you opted for 'Tracked Shipping' while ordering, a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order is shipped.
