Shipping Cost
We provide free shipping on all orders, irrespective of the size and the value of the order. For people who prefer a tracking number for the order, we also offer the 'Tracked Shipping' option at $6.99.
Order Dispatch
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days after they are placed on our website. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse. If you do not receive an email within 48 hours of ordering, please contact our customer support team at contact@PetCareClub.com.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 10-15 business days. However, most orders are delivered within 10 business days, but we advise our customers to allow 15 business days from the day the order is shipped from our warehouse. If your order is not delivered within 30 business days, we request you contact our customer support team for assistance.
During the holiday season, the delivery may take longer due to the high volume of orders. We request you place your orders ahead of time so that you can have the product(s) delivered when you need them.
Order Status
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website using your login credentials. You may also call us at our Toll-free number 1-800-304-1918 between Monday to Friday 9AM to 9PM / Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM CST or send us an email at contact@PetCareClub.com to get help with your order status.
For the orders with 'Tracked Shipping', the tracking numbers will be reflected in the tracking system in 2 -3 days after the order is shipped.
Returns
We have a "No Questions Asked" Returns policy. If you wish to return your order due to any reason, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of delivery of your order. We will accept no returns unless authorized by our team. All returns are accepted in their original packaging and sealed condition.
Refunds
Once your return is confirmed by our returns team, we will process your refund. The refund will be reflected in your account within 4-5 working days from the day we process it. All refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
In case you receive the original order after we process the refund/reship of the order (for delayed orders), please contact our customer support desk within 3 business days. They will assist you with returning the order or if you wish to keep it, they will charge you for the same.
