Credelio for 50.1 - 100.0 lbs (Blue) is a small, palatable chewable, formulated for dogs weighing between 50.1 and 100.0 lbs to protect against external parasites. Each chewable from the Credelio Blue pack provides protection against fleas and as many as four tick species including lone star ticks, American dog ticks, black-legged ticks and brown dog ticks for one month. This chewable flea and tick formula is suitable for puppies from 8 weeks of age.
Credelio Blue for dogs contains lotilaner, a member of the isoxazoline family. This active component blocks the transfer of chloride ions in parasites' cell membranes causing uncontrolled neuromuscular activity and resulting in the death of the parasites, killing more than 98% of ticks within 8 hours and continuing to kill 100% of fleas for a whole month.
